All orders are shipped using Royal Mail, 48 tracked. There is an option to send Royal Mail, 24

tracked for an additional cost.

We aim to ship your order in 1-2 working days.

Luna Gray are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or any customs clearance.

Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us of your return.

To be eligible for a return (or exchange), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and original packaging.

Unfortunately as a small business we are unable to offer free returns. To return your product(s) please contact us at hello@lunagray.co.uk and let us know. If your return is accepted, please fill out the returns form that came with your package and send it back to us at the following address:

Any item(s) purchased on sale will not be eligible for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will then evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item please make the request within 14 days (from receiving) by emailing us and using the form enclosed to send back. Postage will only be covered for one exchange after which shipping charges will then apply. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on international sales.
